Mann Family Farms, Inc. dba Jazz's Wonderland operates the website http://jazzswonderland.com/ (the “Site”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Canine data and Owner's "personal Information" we receive from pet owners on the Web Site.

Mann Family Farms, Inc. uses the Canine Owner's "Personal Information" only for contact and communications purposes. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information Collection And Use

While using our Site, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to the Pet Owner's name, phone and email for contact purposes (“Personal Information”) along with the Canine's information (Canine's name, breed, age, vaccinations history, neutered/sprayed and Canine's behavior) as required at registration / sign up.

Owner agrees that Canine photos may be shared by Mann Family Farms, Inc. for marketing purposes on the Jazz's Wonderland website as well as social media. Owner's "personal information" will always be kept confidential and private and will never be shared on the web with other third parties.

Communications

We may also use owner's "Personal Information" to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information relevant to Jazz's Wonderland WebSite.

It helps us to improve our Sites and to deliver a better and more personalized service by enabling us to:

Mann Family Farms, Inc. uses a third-party credit card processor for its online credit card and debit card transactions. This third-party credit card processor is responsible to provide a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. When you provide your payment information, we transmit it via an encrypted connection to our credit card processor.

All online credit card transactions performed on this site using credit cards or debit cards are secured payments via the third-party credit card processor and occur in accordance with the processor’s and our privacy policy. Payments are fully automated with an immediate response. Your complete credit card or debit card number cannot be viewed by any outside party
